Sales & Administration Executive
First Car Rental
We are seeking to employ a charismatic, and energetic individual possessing outstanding customer service, sales and communication skills to help and assist the Administration Manager with the day to day activities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
• Manage online and telephone enquiries, reservations and customer service issues.
• Act as car rental sales representative in any of our car rental locations.
• Meet clients to fill in the necessary documentation and sales procedures.
• Look after any administrative duties, processing of rental agreements and general office duties as may be required.
Qualifications
• An O Level standard of education as minimum.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Outstanding skills in sales and customer service.
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess a good level of computer literacy and a clean driving licence.
Experience is not essential but will be considered an asset.
An attractive remuneration package plus commission on sales will be offered.
