BARTENDERS/WAITER

Why Not ? Lounge in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Waiters / Bartenders to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Prepare drinks and serve the customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace;
Prepare simple dishes (salads, raw vegetable platter, cheese platter, desserts).
Mix cocktails on customer's demand.
Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks).
Bring chosen wine to temperature, decant, choose the appropriate glass.

Qualifications

Requirements and Experience:
Able to communicate in English.
Must be in good physical health and able to lift and carry heavy items.
Candidate must be numerate;
Have a positive approach to work.
Experience required - 6 months in a similar position.
