As manager of a busy health clinic you will be first point of contact and greet patients, carry out screener hearing checks and supporting the consultants by keeping their diaries full.

Our clinic is situated in the heart of San Giljan and is very busy therefore you will need to have had experience of this type of work previously as we are looking for someone who will hit the ground running and can multitask easily.

Use of CRM’s, online calendars and ability to deal with all our social media channels and convert inquiries received into appointments is a must.

Excellent skills in English, verbal and written essential. Maltese is also preferred.

Will start on Part Time basis with a view to changing to Full time permanent basis.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 year's experience of working in a office environment, preferably within a healthcare setting.
