Cuba restaurant located in St. Julian's is currently seeking to employ a Pizzaiolo to work on a full-time and/or part-time basis.


The chosen candidate will be responsible for food preparation (mis en plaice), as well as preparing the dough, baking and plating pizza. The ideal applicant will be expected to have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team, be reliable, flexible and have a professional attitude at work.

Qualifications

The following attributes and characteristics are necessary for the post:

· Previous experience in a similar post;
· Have a passion for food and drink;
· Ideally speak good level of English and possibly also in Maltese and other languages;
· Qualified from a recognised Culinary Arts school;
· Possibly familiar with the use of wood burning oven;
· Possess a valid work permit to work in Malta and a clean police conduct.
