BTICKLAYER/STEEL FIXER&SHUTTERER

Buildings and Pools Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit construction vacancies to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will specialist in BrickLayer / Still Fixer & Shutterer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The building of walls in concrete blocks.
Installation of form work to set all the shutter on the slab area.
Pouring concrete on slab and in concrete blocks.
Tie steel Fixing
Guiding tower crane;
Installation of gypsum;
Plastering
Concrete mixing.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in construction as Bricklayer and Shutterer & steel Fixer

A recognized qualification up to diploma level in this field would be considered an asset.

Experience working with various trade machines, tools and equipment, capable of using them effectively and safely.

Able to read and understand related blueprints, technical documents and drawings and follow technical specifications to fabricate and install steel structures in line with requirements provided.

Able to communicate effectively in English.

Able to stand for long hours, lift heavy objects and to conduct repetitive motions.

Trained to work effectively at heights for installation purposes.

Passion for precision fabrication and construction.

Able to work under pressure completing tasks with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and able to work closely with others in the team.

Strong work-ethic and willingness to learn.
