PLANBE LTD is looking to recruit a Full-Time Office Administrator to join their team. The job relates to an office environment where the applicant will be required to be the first point of contact for all office employees and queries, ensuring the day-to-day functioning of the office, assisting clients, also issuing, and receiving payments.
We are looking for a smart, professional individual who has great organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate’s duties will include:
• Promptly responding queries and managing any request
• Process of monthly rental invoices
• Responsible of money handling
• Coordinate with agents appointments and viewings
• Handling data entry and updating database
• Assisting the directors in daily routine tasks and meetings etc
• Office up keeping and making sure that has adequate supplies at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Possess good organisational and analytical skills and have an eye for detail
• O’level standard of education and knowledgeable in MS Office particular Word and Excel
• Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision in an efficient and timely manner
• Fluency in English and Maltese, written and spoken is a must; Italian would be considered an asset
• Recent experience in a similar post and ability to demonstrate a positive track record will be considered an asset although not a necessity
