We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join our dynamic team at SpotON Connections for our offices in Gozo!

Skills:
Self motivated, mature and organised individual.
Multi tasking and problem solving.
Possess business acumen and flair for sales.
Excellent command of the both written and spoken English. Other languages will be considered an asset.
Requirements:
Previous experience within an office environment will be considered a plus.
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office.
Application and preferably possessing the ECDL qualification.

Qualifications

Duties:
Providing efficient first line support both via telephone and email.
Attending to any candidates queries via telephone, email and social media.
Developing their network to generate leads and new clients.
Building and maintaining a rapport while attending to all clients requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Prepare job descriptions in accordance with clients’ specifications, pre-screen and interview applicants.
Carry out searches for potential / suitable candidates using various sources.
