Job Description
Childcare managers oversee other childcare workers during their interactions with children at a childcare center, preschool or Head Start organization. The childcare educators care & educate young children and introduce them to scientific and mathematical concepts, as well as problem-solving skills. Some managers work with their own class of children, while others strictly operate in an administrative role.
The work environment is brand new and fully accessed with comfort and design; within the boundaries of a brand new, always evolving, childcare center that is the only Centre with the Steiner Waldorf approach- where ALL resources are natural, wooden or organic; and each of our Centres is built with each are for development such as ART room, Library, Music Area, Drama Room and more.
There are usually large numbers of children who are in attendance and a number of childcare educators who are responsible for the health and nutrition of the children while at the centre.
The manager can expect to be flexible and able to manage, motivate, delegate tasks, self-motivator, good leadership skills, meet deadlines and problem solve spontaneously. All of this whilst putting a priority the Centre's image and high quality care.

Education Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Child Care Management / Diploma in Management skills
Paediatric First Aid,
Food Handling
Experience in childcare or other managerial role is a must or bonus.
