We are searching for Sales & Account Managers to join our team and be responsible for our clients and. To complement the existing team we require excellent French and English or German and English speaking skills to manage our current client list and to support generation of sustained revenue and handling of support requests by mail and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Being the main point of contact for our clients and VIP players.

- Drive sales including building and maintaining relationships with new and established clients

- Monitor individual player performance and react accordingly.

- Managing retention campaigns including execution and evaluation of promotions etc.
Maintaining good relationships with customers and handling day to day queries and complaints.

- Collecting and analysing information and data on customer segments and suggesting changes for
optimization.

Additional Advantage
Speaking additionally one of the following language fluent: Spanish or Portuguese

Qualifications

Requirements:

- At least 1 year in Account or Relationship Management dealing with VIP clients ideally in Online
Gaming industry or as Sales Executive

- An excellent understanding of client expectations and delivering quality service.

- Self-motivated with the ability to build a good relationship with clients and colleagues
independently.

- To be able to handle adversity in dealing with complicated customers in a professional and calm
manner.

- Fluent or native in French or German and in English - both written and spoken.
