Quality Supervisor

The chosen candidate will be responsible to make sure that the quality standards of Fino are maintained after the sale is closed, by being pro-active, finding the source and prevent issues as much as possible prior to the installation process. The person will also be expected to go on site and be capable to offer solutions to matters that might arise while works are being assembled and until the job is finalized.

Qualifications

Responsabilities:-

-Oversee and monitor order process after the sale is closed;
-Co-ordinate and delegate the installation teams with instructions and updating them with plans and changes prior to their visit to the client;
-Following that all updates resulting after the installation appointment are passed on the After Sales Department;
-Carrying out onsite visits to clients, to monitor installed goods are up to standard and to monitor clients’ concerns and satisfaction;
-Making sure the Fino standard is kept throughout all the process;

Skills & Requirements:-

-Previous experience in the carpentry field is a MUST
-In possession of a B driving licence
-Responsible, well-mannered, groomed and a good communicator
-Able to understand project management and installation methods
-Fluent in Maltese and English language
-Being a leader, able to delegate and suggest solutions
-A good critical thinker able to ascertain issues that are beneficial to the company
-IT literate
