An opportunity to join our award-winning restaurant in Malta as an Assistant Restaurant Manager being part of our skillful and ever-expanding management team. You will be highly confident and motivated, assisting the Restaurant Manager and in the absence of the latter, able to take full responsibility and manage the Front of House team.
Brief Job Description:
-Supporting and reporting to the Restaurant Manager
-To manage, co-ordinate and oversee the Front of house team in the absence of the restaurant manager
-Involved in staff selection and training
-To ensure the highest service standards are adhered to and optimum guest satisfaction is reached.
-To take an active role in the operations of the restaurant including inventory control and demonstrate a good level of financial awareness.
Qualifications
Requirements:
-Excellent knowledge of food and beverage.
-Smart, confident, and disciplined.
-Strong team player and hands-on.
-Exceptional organisational and communication skills
-Proficient in written and spoken English
