Process Engineer

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and
certification
• Support the process & production for wafer assembly
• Improve the quality and yield level of existing and new products
• Optimise assembly process times to maximise product throughput
• Troubleshoot and debug assembly related issues
• Participate in the choice of production equipment and the generation of their technical
specifications
• Liaise with manufacturers to buyoff according to predefined projects scope, timing and cost
and eventual equipment installation.

Qualifications

• In possession of a bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or engineering MQRIC Level 6
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Be energetic and motivated to work in a very dynamic environment and able to adapt to the
challenging tasks
• Have a smart personality, good communication skills and be able to adapt to continuous
improvement practices
• Have sound knowledge of the latest software packages
• Be prepared to undergo specialized training programs
• Goal oriented, self-driven and highly motivated
