Qualifications

Job Description :
• Greet customers and present beverage menus
• Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
• Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
• Record drink orders accurately into register system
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard
recipes
• Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion
• Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment

Minimum requirements :
1) Minimum three (3) years working experience and very good experience in making Cocktails
2) Ability to work standing over long periods of time
3) Must be team player, honest and reliable
4) Must have excellent spoken and ability to read in Macedonian and English (most of
existing staff are East European, hence ability to speak in Macedonia is important to
us)
5) O Level standard of education
