Delivery Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Delivery Coordinator to join our growing Foodstores Team in St. Julians. The selected candidate shall be responsible to organise the logistics of deliveries from our Foodstore to clients’ homes or offices.
Responsibilities include:
• Acknowledge customer requests for deliveries via available mediums, including email or telephone.
• Check for any special requests.
• Schedule, organise and follow-up on deliveries set per day and per location.
• Communicate the payment method and delivery address with the Delivery persons.
• Ensure all payments are returned to the responsible cashier.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would:
• Have strong in administrative and team leadership skills.
• Be eager to learn about Arkadia Foodstores products and promotions.
• Be a strong communicator in Malta’s national languages; English and Maltese.
Training for this role will be given, however, previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset. If you feel that this is the role for you, we would love to hear from you.
