Front Office Representatives (Maltese Speakers)

We are looking for Front Office Representatives to join our team and represent one of our Clients. Ideal candidates will be working from Hubs around Malta.
These hubs are located in different regions within close distance. Each representative will be dedicated to locations within the regions and will be rostered according to the Hub’s opening hours. Rosters will be issued 2 weeks in advance.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their requests by handling customer’s queries via phone as well as face to face with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Training will be provided and delivered on full-time basis from our main office in Mosta.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Be computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
• Fluency in Maltese and English both spoken and written (both languages are a must).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A can do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
• Previous experience in any customer care role is compulsory.
