Manage relationships with the key customer. Plan the strategic development of the company in perspective of the current key customer growth and new markets development. Manage company finance, including establishing the budgeting process and potential cost optimization initiatives. Establish the key company efficiency metrics (KPI) to lead the company to the sustainable improvement & growth.

Qualifications

Over 5 years experience in management of the commercial department of manufacturing company is a must. Strong competence of Busines Process Improvement by developing and establishing the systems needed for the effective process management is needed. Strong negotiations and communication skills are a must. Analytical skills are needed to analyse and define the areas of the company improvement.
Master degree and above is a must.
English language excellent is a mandatory.
