Our Agents offer customer care services via phone and emails from our Call Centre or face to face from our Customer Support Offices/ Hubs around Malta. Ideal candidates will be working shifts primarily at our Call Centre in Mosta and occasionally also cover shifts in our service hubs on a replacement basis.

Qualifications

We require candidates who do not have any commitments during the below hours and are available to be rostered on:

Mondays and Wednesdays between 08:00 – 19:30.
Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays between 08:00 – 16:30.
Saturdays from 08:00 till 13:30.

This position is based on 30hours a week. It offers incentive bonuses, employee benefit schemes, guaranteed allowance for replacing the existing agents, paid training for the first couple of weeks of employment and an amazing team of leaders who are always available to help you navigate and grow within the Company.

Requirements:

Excellent command of both Maltese and English, spoken and written is a must;
Basic Computer knowledge, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate;
Previous experience in customer care.
