Foreman

B&B Construction Ltd.

We are currently seeking a Foremen on full time basis to join our team. The Foreman will be involved in the supervision of projects and other staff in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the worksite. He or she will plan, oversee, and implement construction efforts at work sites and report to the manager.


Responsibilities and duties
• Daily sites visits
• Support and lead improvement in production efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout
• Assisting in working at progress works licence
• Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day
• Coordinating works between admin and labour
• Accomplish project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project, determining required resources, allocating resources, establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staff, resolving design problems, evaluating deadline estimates and adjusting as needed, and implementing change orders.
• Delivery organisation and delegation of works to onsite workers
• Ensuring product and process quality meets specifications required
• Overseeing installation of machinery and equipment
• Organise and manage supply (supervise and follow-up consumption, orders...)
• Code and archive professional files, meeting reports...
• Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations
• Prevent interruptions and fines by enforcing and fulfilling codes
