The agent will report to the Head of Sales-Retention and the ideal candidate will be responsible for the handling and development of a portfolio of Italian speaking clients.

Responsibilities
• First contact with our prospect clients.
• Dealing with several products in our offers and learning the different strategy and way to sell.
• Bring sales experience along with industry insights.
• Exceed client expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge,
resolving technical issues.
• Ability to quickly respond to client requests.
• Strong problem solving.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly target.
• Liaising with prospect and dormant clients and converting them into active ones.

Essential skills and experiences relevant to the role:

• Native Italian speaker with professional communication skills via phone and email
• Previous experience in Sales (Bank, Forex, Insurance are an advantages)
• Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects
• Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure.

Qualifications

What we offer:

• Monthly basic salary 1200 euro.

• Annual bonus on performance.

• Monthly bonus scheme (4 different bonuses not 3 as usual in the industry)
