We are looking to recruit a hardworking and reliable Office Clerk on a full-time position.
• Maltese Communication skills (Written and Verbal) are essential.
• English and Italian Communication skills are considered an asset.
• Be able to work with minimum supervision
• Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
• Coordinating office activities.
• Offering administrative support to the team.
• Diary Management.
• Preparing correspondence and documents.
• Assisting as necessary in other administrative duties.
• Cash handling.
Qualifications
• 1 year of experience in a similar role / environment
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with office procedures
• Show good communication and team-work skills
• Be able to work under own initiative with limited supervision
• Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Maltese fluent, English fluent
