We are currently looking for a brilliant graduate in finance/law interested in starting a career in compliance, joining a team of two and reporting to the Head of Legal of the Group.
Main duties: (i) advising the management on compliance related matters, (ii) performing the relevant day-by-day activities in respect of our regulated entities (including an AIFM&UCITS manager, AIF, UCITS, CSP, VFA Agent, MiFiD firm), (iii) supporting the development of RegTech solutions and (iv) growing within the compliance department with the view cover the role of compliance officer within short time from hiring, upon the performance of in-house and external paid training.

Qualifications
Must:
(i) basic understanding of financial markets framework and EU-local investment services industry
(ii) proactive mindset and flexibility
(iii) excellent command of English language
(iv) interested in settling-in in Malta
(v) interest in compliance/RegTech matters
(vi) high moral and ethic standards
(vii) zero tolerance for discrimination on the workplace
Preferential:
Previous work/internship experience in financial groups
Law Degree
Italian and additional non-EU language
