Magnafin Ltd are looking for an Account Manager.
The Account Manager will have direct client and front office responsibilities, reporting directly to management and working closely with the financial department.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing all activities concerning a diverse client portfolio and oversee a wide range of financial and legal aspects of the business.
The Account Manager is expected to continuously and dynamically learn, develop and adjust to the individual client necessities and deliver the client requests in a timely fashion.

What are your responsibilities?
Client communication on a daily basis and handling various requests in a timely manner.
Reviewing and drafting of legal documents, reviewing KYC/DD documentation.
Attendance and participation to client meetings, either on or off site. This may occasionally require international travel.
Coordination of external advisors and agents.
Building and strengthening client relationships and long-term strategic cooperations with agents and external suppliers.
Qualifications
You have experience in the financial sector.
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
You are mother-tongue or fluent in English (written and spoken)
You have high ethical and business standards
You are result oriented, attentive to details, well organised and able to multi-task.
Only people already resident in Malta with work permit.
