Cool Ride Pooling
What is Cool? Cool is a new company, part of Debono Group, the sole representative of Toyota Motor Corporation in Malta.
Cool is the first on-demand ride-pooling service in Malta, offering passengers the chance to share their ride with fellow travellers heading in the same direction. This saves time in pickups and drop-offs, ensuring that trip times are comparable to those of standard cabs, even when sharing with multiple passengers.
We are currently looking for Call Centre Agents to join our team.
The Call Centre Agent will be mainly responsible for monitoring the live system while assisting with internal and external enquiries through phone calls, emails and social media messages.
S/he will also need to deal with queries related to the vehicle, traffic situation and diversions as well as driver availability. The call centre team shall refer to any car faults or damages to the Office Manager to be able to pursue further. The person will also be checking the fleet before and after every shift.
Qualifications
The selected candidate shall be familiar with a customer-facing environment and possess effective communication and writing skills both in Maltese and English. S/he must be well organized and able to work in a team. The selected candidate must also be IT proficient. Having worked in a similar environment would be considered an asset.
Our opening hours are 24/7 from Monday to Sunday. Call Centre Agents will be required to work on a full-time permanent basis with a roster from Monday to Sunday as per opening hours.
