Mizzi Motors Limited is one of the leading companies within the local automotive industry and importer of top automotive brands.

We are currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Fleet Coordinator within Mizzi Lease, to assist in the scheduling and coordination of the vehicle movements as per customer and business requirements.

The Job

To assist the Fleet Coordinator in the general day-to-day running of the department;

To replace the Fleet Coordinator when needed and to assist and support the Sales Manager in the general day-to-day running of the department;

To oversee the daily movements and schedule part time drivers accordingly;

To be responsible for updating and monitoring of the car inspection sheets;

To update and coordinate daily, calendar appointments and spreadsheet;

To coordinate any airport transfers and pickups;

To support and replace employees when on sick and/or leave or when necessary;

To make sure that protective clothing is worn at all times;

To perform minor electrical and mechanical work on any cars for leasing;

Job Requirements
• Good knowledge of the automotive industry;
• An ability to speak fluently in Maltese and English;
• IT Proficiency: good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications especially in Excel and Outlook;
• Clean Driving Licence.
