Meeting Point Malta forms part of a family of 19 Destination Management Companies spread around the world handling more than 4 million travellers worldwide yearly. Meeting Point Malta has succeed over the years in developing longstanding business relationships with the island’s top hospitality product and service providers.
We are now recruiting Accounts clerks that will form part of the Accounts Team.
Tasks:
· Saving of invoices in invoice management system.
· Checking, verifying, coding and processing payables invoices.
· Checking of invoices against contracts in reservations system.
· Communicating with suppliers.
· Maintaining and post GL journals in Accounting System.
· Issuing and processing of Accounts Receivable / Payable invoices.
· Filing and general administrative tasks.
· Compiling of reports as requested by management
Requirements:
· Proficient in use of MS Excel and MS Outlook.
· Good working knowledge of English, with excellent communication skills (written, and verbal).
· Personally responsible.
· Highly organized.
· Punctual.
· Problem solving oriented.
· Committed to doing the best job possible.
Qualifications
· Qualification in accounting will be considered as an asset.
· Experience on accounting is considered an asset.
