Commis Chef

We are looking for a Commis Chef to be engaged on a full-time basis.

This post calls for a reliable individual who works on own initiative and will be able to work under pressure. The individual is to be able to demonstrate ?exibility and the ability to work as part of a very young team.

The ideal candidate must have an outstanding friendly personality with definite 'can do' attitude, excellent attention to detail, quality and a passion for food.

The employee is also expected to perform any duties as per operations requirements as instructed by the Head Chef

Requirements:
• To be customer orientated
• Good knowledge of English language
• Previous experience in a similar position with a reputable restaurant will be considered as an
asset
• Have a valid Food License & HACCP Certification
• Ideally, hold an ITS Food Preparation & Production Diploma or equivalent
• Be willing to work different shifts and weekends
• Already located in Malta and preferably in possession of a valid work permit to work in Malta
and a clean police conduct
