• Answer all questions regarding the merchandise
• Process sales as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Always thank customers for visiting the film set and encourage them to return
• Utilize add-on selling, cross-selling, and merchandise upgrading techniques to maximize sales
• Accurately receive and check-in merchandise deliveries
• Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced at all times
• Keep shelves and fixtures organized and fully replenished
• Maintain shop and window displays
• Assist in periodic inventories
• Liaising with the duty manager and other departmental supervisors
• Assist in the daily front office operations and general administrative duties
• Managing bookings
• Dealing with payments
• Update appointment calendars

Qualifications

• Extensively fluent in the English language is a must.
• The ability to carry out a conversation in French, Spanish and/ or Italian will be considered an asset.
• Reliable and always punctual.
• Maintains clean surrounding.
• Always looking smart and sharp.
• Previous experience in this line of work is an asset.
