JadInnovations Ltd. is an outsourcing Call Center offering customer support to various financial entities.
We are looking for an Italian / Spanish Customer Service Officer.
The new collaborator is a person who speaks fluent Italian and Spanish and is trying to work in a young and dynamic environment with opportunities for further professional and personal development.
The role of a Client Service Officer is to:
1) Prepare the customer to take all the steps required by the new European regulations. During the process, the agent will help the customer to load the documents on the system and will also deal with the compliance of the European directives on the matter.
2) Perform basic HR duties
3) Manage and promote business activities by meeting daily needs.
The role:
Provide front-line customer support
Answer incoming calls.
Verify the information / documents received following the compliance procedure.
Determine the suitability of the information and help customers who request assistance to load the aforementioned into the system.
Answer customer questions efficiently and effectively.
Working closely with other internal departments to resolve customer requests.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience
Fluent in Italian and Spanish.
A previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Careful eye for details.
Honest, enthusiastic, passionate and resilient character.
Proactive.
