Shop Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an individual to fill the role of a supervisor. The selected candidate shall supervise the retail outlet/s where assigned and coach all sales people in order to drive the team towards providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include:
• Ensure that weekly rosters promote equal and fair distribution of work. The said rosters need to have optimum levels of staff balancing staff availability and cost effectiveness.
• Assist Managers during performance appraisals.
• Carry out continuous on the job training with sales people.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would:

• Have strong in administrative and team leadership skills.
• Be eager to learn about Arkadia’s portfolio of brands and has a strong interest in current and future design trends.
• Be a strong communicator in the English language.
• Have a strong sense of visual merchandising.

Training for this role will be given, however, previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
