As a Success Partner, you will mainly be responsible for providing a wide range of products and services aimed at helping clients improve their business performance through people, technology, and processes.

This entails taking on various sales opportunities and consulting projects that will require strong strategic and operational strengths, complemented with proven knowledge of the technology that supports a successful business environment. You have the ability to understand the entire customer journey in multiple business domains; for both customers and for the individuals and teams who support the customer and employee experience.

As such, your responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Product Sales & Service

? Lead Generation & Nurturing: Reaching out to prospects, producing prospect-specific presentations, & setting up meetings for technical sales team; maintaining a database of potential customers
? Full Sales: Commercial proposal, negotiation, and closing the sale
? Service: Producing detailed specifications, Quality Assurance Testing and other Client Onboarding activities required, Non-Technical Account Management, with minimum service requirements TBA
? Delivery of the Consultancy project

Consultancy

? Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing clients in order to deliver product and consulting solutions to best improve their businesses
? Understand clients’ people and organisational issues developing solutions and strategies which address their issues
? Support clients to implement people and organisational strategies
? Facilitate client workshops aimed at co-creating solutions, including working with clients in defining, implementing and managing KPI’s and SLA’s across the business at an individual, team and interdepartmental level
? Drive collaboration between each department, ensuring every activity is driven towards an exceptional customer experience
? Drive scalability initiatives which leverage cost savings and economies of scale
? Consult on the Customer Lifecycle, ensuring that the customer experience strategy contributes to a well-differentiated brand proposition which enhances the client’s position in its markets
? Provide strategic and practical input at Product Level
? Drive a culture of continuous improvement
? Assist with Change Management and Business Transformation as and when required

Qualifications

Must have requirements:

? Minimum 5 years’ sales and consulting experience, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in online gaming, specifically in respect of people management, processes, technology and compliance requirements
? Project Management from strategy to execution
? Demonstrated ability in developing and facilitating workshops with client teams (on the basis of organisational development models)
? Excellent skills in diagnosing a fit-for-purpose approach, developing the approach and then implementing it.
? Ability to manage multiple workstreams, effectively prioritise efforts and switch between tasks, according to business priorities, as required in a fast-paced start-up.
? Ability to see the big picture, but exceptionally detail-oriented with a high degree of ownership in order to meet and exceed client and internal expectations, as required in a fast-paced start-up
? Life-long learning, personal development, and proactive can-do attitude, to meet the shifting needs of a project or the business priorities, as required in a fast-paced start-up
