Storekeeper

We require for immediate employment a full-time storekeeper to assist in the daily running of the pet supplies stores. The job entails:
• Preparation / packing and invoicing of daily orders,
• Keeping the store in conjunction with co-workers in a tidy and clean environment.
• Unloading and checking of containers.
• Safe handling, loading, unloading, storage and repacking of stock items in a safe, orderly and accessible manner.
• Monitor stock levels in secondary stores.
• Inventory counting and implementation of measures for improved warehouse layout.
• Systematic and random stock-taking.

Qualifications

Individual chosen must be able to communicate in Maltese and English and have a basic knowledge of Maths.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience working in warehousing or store keeping.
• Preferably licenced to drive a forklifter.
• Be computer literate especially MS Office
• Have a clean police conduct and valid driving license.
• Preferably, work experience on stock management software.
• Be able to work individually without supervision
• Be organised and self-motivated
