Here at Levi's Malta, we're looking for an Assistant Supervisor to join our fun team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer, while building excellent relationships
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Ensure visual standards are appropriate and supports the brand image
• Meet and exceed established store sales targets
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention policies
• Delegate and give support to other team members
• Oversee retail store operations to company standards
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management
