Travel Pa Limited is looking to recruit a Customer Service/Reservations Agents (English Speaking) on a full-time basis to join their Malta-based operation.


Responsibilities: 

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting and liaising with customers via telephone, live chat, and e-mail
Your primary responsibilities will be to maximise the Apartments ’rooms’ revenue by utilising the various tools and channels available whilst increasing guest satisfaction by receiving, handling and processing both guest, company and group reservations.


The role calls for:

A person holding a passion for customer service with excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Is a Team Player
Has previous experience working in a customer service Environment
This role is on a shift basis including weekdays and weekends
Must be eligible to work in Malta.
