Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Announcing clients as necessary.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Hiring, managing and developing the junior administrative team.
Provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a smart and pleasant personality who will be working at the front office of the hotel. The selected candidate must be conversant in English and any 2 or more other languages preferably Serbian, Macedonian, Ukrainian and Russian languages due to the fact that the majority of the guests are coming from these countries. However, any other language besides English and / or Maltese will also be considered. Excellent communication skills especially over the phone and problem solving skills are both a must to fulfil this position. The selected candidate must be willing to work on a shift basis
