-Organize all loading and unloading of company trucks and vehicles.
-Responsible for fork lift truck, monitoring the safe usage by other employees, fuelling of the fork truck, liaising with the lease company and management for maintenance and breakdowns.
-Responsible for hire trucks upkeep, liaising with the lease company and management for maintenance and breakdowns.
-Responsible for company trucks upkeep, monitoring, organizing and logging the planned maintenance, liaising with the mechanics, suppliers and management team.
-Management, logging and stock control of all tool and equipment issues.
-Management, logging and stock control of all scaffolding equipment.
-Monitoring and controlling health and safety issues in the yard area.
-Overseeing and managing all operations in the yard area.
-Weekly coordination meetings with the management team.
-Overseeing daily vehicle inspections.
-Carrying out weekly vehicle checks to company vehicles, reporting faults.
-Organizing weekly cleaning of vehicles.
-Weekly refuelling of vehicles.
-Cleaning of the yard including the recycling of rubbish and waste.

-Daily issue and logging of keys and vehicle drivers.
-Preparing the company vehicles in advance ready for use when the teams arrive.
