Accounts Officer

Our client, a leading provider of ICT solutions, requires an additional person to join their Finance / Administrative team as an Accounts Officer. Duties will include:
• Data-entry, issuance of invoices, payment processing, financial reconciliations and other tasks related to bookkeeping
• Management of Debtors including debtors on-boarding, monitoring of debtors accounts, chasing debtors, updating of debtor accounts and any other duties related to debtor management
• Customer order fulfilment, supplier procurement, dealing with third-party shipping agents, receiving and issuing stock from stores, and other logistics duties, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the process
• General office accounting tasks
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will ideally:
• Be in possession of an A-Level in Accounting or equivalent
• Be Client-focused and outgoing, enjoying the frequent interfacing with customers
• Be Process-oriented, organized and responsible, having attention to detail
• Be a good team player, understanding and necessity of keeping a dynamic working environment
• Have a positive can-do attitude, self-motivated and able to work on his/her own initiative with excellent time management skills
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
