ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. The chosen candidate will be responsible in assisting in various clerical and administrative duties and will be assigned various tasks from time to time as per our clients’ needs.
Some of the main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Handling phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
Managing bank payments and similar requests
Ordering merchandise and other supplies as required
Preparation of documents such as printing, scanning, filing
Data inputting and transcribing
Handling of hotel and travel arrangements
Coordinating translation requests
Organizing meetings and events
Involvement in other related projects
Engage with potential customers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, be organised and with good attention to detail, be able to communicate effectively with the clients and the team, be able to multi-task and have an excellent command of English language. Knowledge of other languages, specifically Italian will be considered as an asset.
