The award winning Zest Restaurant and Hotel Juliani is seeking to recruit ambitious, determined and highly motivated individuals to join our successful and expanding team as Professional Bartenders.

Zest Restaurant is where East meets West in both dining and décor. Opened in
2002 as the first Asian fusion restaurant in Malta, Zest remains an award winning pillar in Malta's contemporary culinary scene.

Located on the first floor
of Hotel Juliani, within a lovingly restored St Julian's townhouse, Zest enjoys the added bonus of an open air terrace overlooking romantic Spinola Bay. Attractive features include an open wine cellar and a sushi bar on the restaurant floor, where patrons witness the art of preparing Japanese sushi, Dim Sum and Peruvian Food.

Qualifications

This position requires an individual with previous work experience
as a barista or server and experience in crafting cocktails. Applicants must be team players with a positive attitude, willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with a fluency in spoken English
