Sales Manager

Sterling Holdings manages several stores around the Maltese islands hosting several prestigious brands. Stores include Sterling jewelers, E-Jewels and Luisa Spagnioli . We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Manager to start by managing one shop, eventually the ideal candidate will manage an area.

Main Duties include:
• Regular spotchecks of stock in store
• Weekly scheduling and rostering of employees in the area
• Selling and replenishing watches and jewellery
• Assisting clients and training staff in line with company guide lines
• keeping the store clean and organised at all times

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should posses the following skills and traits:

• Have a flair for sales
• Have experience in the retail industry
• Work in a team-oriented environment
• Be outgoing with great communication skills
• Perform with limited supervision
• Have competent computer skills particularly Microsoft applications
• Be fluent in Maltese and English
• Be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Have experience in stock control
• Have experience in scheduling and rostering staff
