He responsibilities
• Being responsible for the general maintenance of the sales, purchases, nominal and bank ledgers for the companies within the Group, as indicated.
• Validating invoices received from suppliers, processing the accepted ones, and informing them of the rejected ones.
• Being responsible for inter-company accounting, including inter-company charging, payments and reconciliations.
• Performing monthly reconciliations for, amongst others, banks, supplier accounts, and clients, communicating with third parties in the event of disagreement with the aim of reaching a mutual agreement.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management reports.
• Preparing various reports as requested.
• Interacting with the Chief Financial Officer on a daily basis and assisting on special projects.
• Processing incoming shipments
• Performing any other duty as assigned by Management.
• Assisting our accounts staff members.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Applicants must have an A Level qualification in accounting, with a 'B' pass or better being highly regarded. Preference will be given to candidates holding an Accounts Technician Diploma.
Applicants that have a minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting role will be given preference.
