Customer Service Agent role
- Provide first line customer support
- Handle and resolve queries regarding documents via chat, email, phone
- Work closely with other departments for assistance in the resolution of customers’ queries
- Request and upload documents
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information
- Research every issue and provide solution
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate and valid information to clients
- Manage large amount of chats
- Quality control
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service an advantage
- Good communication skills
