Accounts Clerk

Windsor Co. Ltd.

Windsor Co Ltd., of Triq il-Merghat, Mriehel is seeking to employ a Full Time Accounts Clerk to work, Monday - Friday 07.00 till 15.50.

The Accounts Clerk is required for immediate employment and will be performing day to day general accounting duties.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

•Maintain accounting records and file documents.
•Posting of purchase invoices, issuing of cheques, payment allocations, reconcile petty cash regularly.
•Perform standard office procedures including processing mail, answering customer phone calls, typing and filing.
•Provide reports as requested on a regular basis.

Qualifications

•An 'O' level standard in Accounting and Maths.
•Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially confident in Excel.
•Organised and methodical.
•Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese.
•Able to work as part of a team.

Previous work experience in accounts will be considered an advantage.
