Reception and Back Office Officer

Main duties;
• Attending and welcoming company visitors
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls
• Follows company procedures such as updating of visitors logbook and issuing of visitors tags
• Process data inputting and back office administration duties
• Assist other areas with any administration tasks and back office duties as required.
Working requirements are Monday to Friday from 12:00 till 17:30. You will also be required to work on full day from 08:00 till 17:00 to cover staff on annual leave; this will be planned beforehand.
Qualifications
Applicants must be fluent in both English and Maltese, well organized and responsible, while in possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. On the job training will be provided as well as support from the team.
