Head of Housekeeping

Key responsibilities:
• Make sure that all our customer rooms and public areas are cleaned to a standard that is second to none
• Ensure all of the members of the Housekeeping Team receive full training
• Control stock levels and staff wages
• Arrange the daily shifts for the Housekeeping Team
• Undertake checks of rooms to ensure high standards are kept to
Skills:
• Determined and Enthusiastic
• Happy to work as part of a team
• Good level of spoken English
Profile:
• Proven management ability in a similar role within a 4* property
• To be passionate about cleanliness and presentation
• To enjoy the buzz of being busy
• To be committed to work hard as part of our housekeeping team which will include weekends and public holidays
• Be willing to be hands on and assist where needed with cleaning of the rooms too.
Qualifications
As a Head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the smooth daily operation of the department, with the main focuses on customer satisfaction and cost control.
Experience required: 3 years minimum in a similar role
