Progressive Information Systems Ltd is a leading provider of Accounting, Point-of-Sale and Hospitality Software Solutions with a wide range of clients spanning across multiple industries.
We are currently looking for an Accounts & Administration Clerk to join our young team.
Responsibilities:
• Processing of invoices, payments and other accounting documents;
• Liaising with clients and suppliers regarding billing, credit control and ordering queries;
• Keeping accurate and proper accounting records;
• Reconciling accounts in a timely manner;
• Preparation of payroll;
• Preparing and compiling monthly and quarterly reports;
• Assisting auditors as necessary;
• Performing administrative duties as necessary.
Qualifications
• A minimum of an Ordinary level in Accounts or the equivalent is required;
• Applicants must have at least one year of experience in a similar post.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptable
