Pump Attendant

We are currently looking to recruit a Pump Attendant to join our team.

Job main duties include:

• ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining outstanding standards, product knowledge and all other components of customer service;
• respond to customer requests in a timely manner;
• being responsible for fuel pumps, collect money from the customer and provide them with a valid VAT receipt;
• pump fuel into the motor vehicle after confirming what type of fuel is needed;
• monitoring fuel levels and summing up daily consumption;
• assisting fuel delivery with bowser;
• controlling parking round the petrol station and keeping forecourt clean and tidy;

The ideal candidate for the Fuel Attendant position will:

• have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• be physically fit, healthy and be able to be on your feet throughout the working hours
• be able to interact easily with diverse employees & customers
• At least 6 months experience is required
