Affiliate Manager

•Build and manage our affiliate portfolio;
•Drive profitable customer acquisitions through affiliate partnerships;
•Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition and retention campaigns to grow the affiliate portfolio;
•Monitor and analyze results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports;
•Work alongside the Data Analysis team to optimize affiliate marketing performance and investment;
•Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

•Good knowledge and previous experience in performance based and/or affiliate marketing. Working in affiliate or account management for a strong online brand;
•Proven record of accomplishment of delivering in an affiliate sales environment, driving significant traffic towards websites;
•Experience working in an International Online companies is considered a big advantage.
•Excellent command of English – both spoken and written. Other languages are an advantage;
•Strong sales capabilities and proven business development experience;
•Communication skills and excellent human relations, excellent ability to work with different cultures;
•Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
•Proactive and goal-oriented;
•Open-minded, with the ability to understand the system’s needs for the long run;
•Highly motivated team player.
