Soho Office is looking to recruit an new receptionist to work in a dynamic co-working office on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations
Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages)
Filing and intro bookkeeping tasks

Is the largest co-working operator in Malta with over 5000 sqm office space, very spacious, situated in the business district of Paceville, St. Julians, Sliema, Gzira and soon Valletta. The aim is focused on small Innovative businesses with high expectations to the office environment.

Qualifications

Requirement:
Experience in a similar role
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
