Customer Success Agent

Mizzi Motors Ltd

Industrial Motors are seeking to employ a full-time Customer Success Agent to join our team. As Customer Success Agent, you will be reporting to the General Manager and you will be responsible for following, whilst also ensuring that quality standards are being adhered too.

Job Role
• Manage the customer journey through all process touchpoints
• Assist to customer requests received through e-mail and telephone and ensure that such customer is served to the highest possible standards
• Retain a constant communication line between the company and customers to ensure that customers are constantly informed of what work is being done on their vehicle and what the next expected step is.
• Ensure that all requests/complaints are handled by the respective departments in a timely manner and that such requests/complaints are recorded, documented and closed.
• Assist any customer service process as required by management.

Qualifications

Job Requirements
• A secondary level of education;
• An ability to speak in Maltese and English;
• ECDL;
• At least three years’ experience working in a similar position.

About YOU
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English.
• Be highly organised and meticulous, with the ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision;
