Car Salesperson

Our car dealership is seeking a Car Salesperson who is able to learn quickly and start generating result immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in all of the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
• Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; explaining warranties and services.
• Assist in setting up the sales lot or the showroom floor for promotions and to put new models on display

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills:
• Must be fluent in both Maltese and English
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication
• Excellent negotiation and listening skills
• Previous experience in car sales is considered a plus
• Previous experience in retail sales is also a plus
